GIMAG TRANSITIONAL CARE dba Manley House is a six (6) bed licensed facilitylocated in Tracy California east of San Francisco. We have a total of 5 rooms, 4 ofwhich are private. Each room is equipped with a hospital bed, closet, cooling andheating vents and a TV. Our rooms are fully equipped, allowing us to provide anexceptional level of care. Our facility also features a relaxing beautifully landscapedoutdoor activity area. Our residents and their families can barbeque and socializeoutdoors if they desire.
